Garlic for food processors
Small bulbs for your peeling line, or cloves already peeled. Temperature is part of the spec.
Factories do not need jumbo display bulbs. They need a stable clove size, a bag that their line can open, and a chilled chain that does not brown the lot in two weeks.
Two ways to buy

Do not mix blindly
Stuffing peeled cloves into a −3 °C whole-bulb reefer is a good way to freeze or dry them wrong. We book the temperature with the lot class.

Do processors buy whole bulbs or peeled?
Both. Under 4.5 cm bulbs go to peeling lines. Ready cloves ship as nitrogen or vacuum bags, chilled.
Same reefer as whole white?
Not automatically. Peeled cloves are typically 0–2 °C. Whole bulbs sit near −3 °C.
MOQ for peeled?
Often still a container, sometimes mixed SKUs. Say the bag size.
