Fresh new-crop white and purple pack through summer. From September, most export lots come out of −3 °C store. That calendar does not move because a website banner changed.

What “new crop” should mean on a booking
It should mean harvest year and packing week, not a slogan. A 6.0 cm carton in August is not a 5.0 cm mesh bag in January. FOB bands on product pages are ranges on purpose.
How we quote before harvest
We can quote a size, pack and port before June. The number is a band until the first lots are graded. If you need a June cabinet, talk before harvest — not after every Alibaba card says new crop.

- Size grade (for example 5.0–5.5 cm)
- Pack (3P mesh, 10 kg carton, 20 kg mesh)
- Port and how many 40' reefers
- Whether you must have new crop or will take store garlic

What is the usual order size?
Fresh garlic is usually sold by the 40-foot reefer, about 26–28 metric tons depending on pack. Peeled and black garlic can be smaller. Say the port and the pack.
Do you publish prices?
Each lot page shows a FOB China band. Garlic moves with crop year and size. CIF is quoted for a named port.
New crop or cold-store?
New crop runs roughly June to September. From September we ship from −3 °C store through the next May.
