Black Garlic Wholesale: Whole Bulb, Solo Clove, or Peeled
Fermented garlic is a different booking from fresh bulbs. Quote the form first.

Black garlic is slow-fermented, not dyed. Wholesale buyers mix up whole bulbs, solo cloves and peeled cloves — those are three prices.
Three forms
| Form | Typical buyer |
|---|---|
| Whole fermented bulbs | Retail brands, food service |
| Solo clove black | Gift / premium packs |
| Peeled cloves | Ready-to-eat, processors |
Do not mix with a fresh reefer
Fresh white wants −3 °C. Black garlic is usually cool dry. Stuffing both in one garlic reefer is a good way to ruin one of them.
MOQ
Often below a full fresh-garlic cabinet. Jars, 1 kg bags, or bulk cartons. Ask by form.
How to quote
Name whole / solo / peeled, pack, and destination. See bulk black garlic and solo clove.

FAQ
What is the usual order size?
Fresh garlic is usually sold by the 40-foot reefer, about 26–28 metric tons depending on pack. Peeled and black garlic can be smaller. Say the port and the pack.
Do you publish prices?
Each lot page shows a FOB China band. Garlic moves with crop year and size. CIF is quoted for a named port.
New crop or cold-store?
New crop runs roughly June to September. From September we ship from −3 °C store through the next May.
